My name is Constanze Munz
Hi, I'm Constanze.
I spent 20 years in the corporate world. I loved it. I was good at it.
Then I became a mother, and everything that used to work... didn't.
Not because I changed. Because the systems I was operating in weren't built for someone who wanted BOTH - a career that mattered AND a family life that didn't feel like the leftovers.'
Everyone kept saying: Choose. Sacrifice. Scale back.
But I couldn't accept that. So I went back to school (INSEAD Executive Master in Change), studied organizational systems, and did a lot of messy figuring-it-out in real time.
Here's what I learned: We're not the problem. The either/or thinking is.
